A Grilled Flank Steak Sure to Please this Father's Day

A marinated grilled flank steak with authentic Argentine chimichurri sauce will make everyone happy at your Father's Day feast or anytime this grilling season!

Father's Day Summer Marinated Flank Steak

1/2 c. Vegetable Oil

1/3 c. Soy Sauce

1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar

2 Tbs. Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce

1 Heaping Tbs. Old Style Dijon Mustard

3 Cloves Minced Garlic

1 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper

1 1/2 lbs. Flank Steak

Add all the ingredients to a Ziploc bag, seal and give it a good shake and smooshing around to the get the marinade all over the steak. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours, preferably overnight. Grill steak on hot grill about 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

I serve it with my friend's authentic Argentine chimichurri recipe. So delicioso!
